another great Chuck Jones film I just discovered.
I love how it's a cartoon about a dog & a cat just being a dog & a cat. Also, the pastoral vs. the urban, very Warners

After some deliberation I have concluded that the writer was a cat person rather than a dog person.

I like how they captured both the annoying and endearing sides of both species. Though Claude really got picked on... And I believe that was the only time Jones used Tweety.

Another interesting note, the entire film was animated by one person!
