Today my nephew invented "football skateboarding" which consists of diving onto a mattress propped up against a wall while singing "diving in the USA".
We also demolished an entire stack of styrofoam planks by practicing our karate chops and kicks. Funniest part: the screams. Worst part: getting hit in the hand.
Then my niece decided to see what all the comotion was about and we ended up inventing another new game called "net the robber". Object of the game: throw an afghan over the person as they're sliding down/bouncing off the mattress. Which is a lot harder than it sounds, as they do it so quickly while I'm unfurling the blanket from my previous futile attempt.
We also caught the funniest/weirdest episode of Billy & Mandy ever. "An action packed dramedy about penguins that explode? Solid!"
