Narwhal

Inking Rex Hackleberg's cats the other day reminded me of a character of my own, that I made some comic strips of in high school, Narwhal! I was really into the inept villain concept back then and loved this guy. Maybe I aughta do something with him again. Here's some drawings I did of him today.

I'm experimenting with the design & colours a little bit. let me know if anything really stands out. (I didn't show it here, but his body goes down to a tail fin, no feet)

Inspired a bit by the 60's/70's Quisp cereal alien!

If you haven't seen the Quisp commercial John K. made, here's the link; I love the expression on the earth!

I like the idea of a Narwhal for a villian and the way the neck of the shirt looks in the top left. Thanks for the link to the cereal serial, I hadn't seen that.

Thanks Caleb.

Yeah Laura, from what I understand, you can only find it in the midwest now.
