I've spent the last two weeks painting Flash cels, which is incredibly mind-numbing. I feel like I haven't drawn in years. So, I figured what better way to get back on the wagon than by drawing the world’s ugliest dogs! I'll start you off easy.

Ellwood. Meets all the ugly dog criteria. No body hair, inability to control tongue and freaky eyes.

And finally Sam. I think he's part aye-aye, part Chupacabra and maybe part dog.

Michael Jackson videos are great for cartoonists to study, because MJ is constantly in some in some sort of interesting pose, even when he's not dancing. Lots of unique lines-of-action. I like the Judo kick

Beat it and Billie-Jean were huge parts of my childhood. He will be missed.
